  1. Stage I

    Consultation

    We meet at the house, walk every room with you and listen: how you live, what you love, what is not working. We then confirm the scope, the budget and our fee in writing.

  2. Stage II

    Concept

    We develop the layout and the feel of the house: plans, mood, materials and colour. You see it all presented together, so decisions are made with the whole picture in view.

  3. Stage III

    Detail and specification

    Every element is itemised: floor plans, furnishings, colours, finishes, prices, installation details and timeline. Technical drawings are completed for joinery, lighting and any building work.

  4. Stage IV

    Delivery and installation

    We instruct our trusted trades and suppliers, manage the work on site and install every piece. You only ever deal with the Darsah team, right through to the final styled reveal.
